TRAVELING 2 IBIS

Things you need to know

Congratulations on your recent visa approval! Well done! We are looking forward to having you join (or rejoin) the Ibis team in the coming weeks.

START DATE & TRAVEL

Your start date is tentatively set for Monday, October 1. As such, please begin making preparations for your upcoming travel to Florida. Ibis will be booking the airline ticket on your behalf – at no cost to you.

Your travel date will likely be between September 24 – 30 but will depend on when you receive your processed passport.  For those receiving their passports after Sept 20, your travel date will be pushed to the week of October 1, and so on.

Therefore, do not make plans during this time-frame that will prevent you from traveling. If you have a pre-planned engagement that conflicts, please notify me and/or Mr. Petrina immediately so that we are aware before making your travel plans. Once your airline ticket has been purchased, you will receive a confirmation from the travel agency, Four Seasons Travel.
